Anna Silk was born at St. Thomas University in Fredericton, New Brunswick Canada. She is the daughter of Peter Silk - an academic as well as Ilkay Silk, a gifted actress, writer, director and producer. Anna Silk was the daughter of the British father and British-born Turkish Cypriot mother. Anna was a part of numerous commercials as a young child. Anna was able to move to Toronto in Ontario in order to pursue acting. In the decade following, she relocated to Los Angeles. She was introduced to Seth Cooperman in 2007 at an actor's training held in Los Angeles, and they were engaged in the year 2009. Anna became a Jew at the age of 11, after having converted to Judaism. They were wed in a civil ceremony in December this year. They then reaffirmed their vows in a Jewish wedding ceremony that took place in Fredericton, in April 2011.
