Brooke Vincent

Cierra Cierra Brooke BrookeBrooke Vincent, born in Manchester on the 22nd of June 1992. She decided to become an actress at the age seven, after growing bored of dancing lessons and swimming. So she joined Laine Management. She first appeared on television in 2002 when she played Casey Glass, in League of Gentleman. In March of 2004, she was invited to audition for the role of Sophie Webster in Coronation Street following the departure of previous character Emma Woodward decided to leave the soap. Brooke was selected for the part and appeared for her first appearance on May 12 on the 12th May April 12, 2004. Brooke completed her studies at Fairfield High School for Girls after which she went to the University of Manchester where she studied drama. Brooke was also offered a position at a hairdresser on Saturdays, in addition to being a part of Coronation Street role. Brooke told This Morning in 2009 that even though she loved her Saturday job, she was unable to answer the phone as she spoke with an "common voice".
